Large quantities of agricultural waste are produced annually from winery and food processing industry.

These waste materials contain principally biodegradable organic matter and their disposal creates serious environmental problems.

The waste loads at the processing plant can be significantly reduced through the use of new or modified processing in-plant treatment but this still leave a disposal problem. My company propose using the waste to produce Cellulosic Ethanol.

The key issues for this under taking were the storage of organic materials, the feed steam, and how to fully extract mono-sugars from the inhibitory compounds. My company had over come these obstruction with out the use of harmful chemicals and leaving a small environmental footprint in the process.
